Prayer Partners Many people ask us how they can be a part of the ministry of Higher Ground. The most important way you can support Higher Ground is by committing to pray. When brothers and sisters in Christ lift up prayers together to Heaven, God answers in a mighty way. We've experienced this kind of answered prayer in this ministry and believe our prayer partners play a critical role as God works through us to reach souls across the nations. If you will commit to being a part of our prayer team, we promise to update you with current prayer requests as well as answers to prayer. You will be encouraged, as we have been, to see that God is still in the business of answering prayer. We do our best to keep our on-line prayer request list updated, as God continues to guide our ministry and our family in new, exciting directions. We will send monthly updates via email as well as "immediate need" prayer emails periodically. We would also like to commit to praying for you and would welcome the opportunity to lift up specific requests on your behalf. Financial Partners We continue to see families falling apart around us, lives shattered, and children abandoned. But God has not given up on any of us. His miracles are all around us. Fathers have changed their priorities as the Holy Spirit worked in their lives during a Higher Ground concert. Children have come to Christ. Families are being brought closer together and closer to God. You can be a part of these miracles! There is a Scripture in Isaiah 6 that says, "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me'." We believe God has called us to a mission field. By supporting this ministry you will sow into a field that will reap rich rewards in Heaven. Your financial support will also allow us to minister in places that don't have the resources (like schools, shelters, and some community events) to compensate us to cover our expenses. Higher Ground Support At this time, Higher Ground is not a "Not For Profit" and cannot offer a tax deductible receipt. However, we are pursuing this status and will hopefully acquire it by the Spring of 2008.
